Skill Development Cell of Khagarijan College aims to improve students' overall skill such as Soft Skills, Yoga, Computing Skills, and Personality Development. By enhancing interview, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, it seeks to close the gap between academic learning and employment. Additionally, it offers ICT training, digital awareness, and basic computer literacy. The Cell ensures that students are ready for college, competitive exams, and industry challenges by fostering confidence, professional etiquette, and problem-solving skills through workshops, seminars, and career counselling programs.
